  • Non-stick skillet


  • 1 package John Gordon's Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 12" tortilla
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced chilies
  • 1 diced onion sautéed
  • corn roasted


  • Remove John Gordon's turkey breast from pouch and slice into ½" strips
  • Place 12" tortilla on working surface and preheat a large non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat
  • Place shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla, top the cheese with slices of John Gordon's turkey, diced chilies, corn and onions
  • Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the toppings, place in heated skillet, cook for 3-4 min per side until cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown
  • Cut into slices and enjoy
