Remove John Gordon's turkey breast from pouch and slice into ½" strips
Place 12" tortilla on working surface and preheat a large non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat
Place shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla, top the cheese with slices of John Gordon's turkey, diced chilies, corn and onions
Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the toppings, place in heated skillet, cook for 3-4 min per side until cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown
Cut into slices and enjoy
