Smoked Turkey Quesadilla

- Non-stick skillet
Ingredients
- 1 package John Gordon's Smoked Turkey Breast
- 12" tortilla
- shredded cheese
- 1 can diced chilies
- 1 diced onion sautéed
- corn roasted
Instructions
- Remove John Gordon's turkey breast from pouch and slice into ½" strips
- Place 12" tortilla on working surface and preheat a large non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat
- Place shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla, top the cheese with slices of John Gordon's turkey, diced chilies, corn and onions
- Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the toppings, place in heated skillet, cook for 3-4 min per side until cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown
- Cut into slices and enjoy
